Our project delivery process includes the following stages, from requirements and quotation to execution:
Your specifications: once we understand your requirements, a written brief should describe the project, functional requirements, interface expectations and navigation guidelines. We can help draft this document.
Quotation and project setup: after the final specification is approved, we provide a tailored quotation and define delivery milestones using an agile project approach.
Mockups: we prepare functional wireframes showing the structure and usability of each screen, including the placement and relative sizes of interface elements, in line with the specification.
Visual identity: once the mockups are accepted, we define colours, typography and other visual elements according to the project specification and prepare a visual identity document in PDF format.
Application development: implementation is organised into agreed milestones, with beta versions made available to the client for review on mobile devices.
